Kelly Lively, President

Upon graduating from the University of Kansas, Kelly went to work for a custom home builder. After several years, he earned his General Contractor’s license and formed his own company, Professional Home Solutions, specializing in whole-house remodeling. Over time, Kelly shifted the company’s focus to insurance restoration, and his expertise in that area ultimately led to the founding of AccuWin.

Bill Suter, Claims Coordinator

Following his graduation from Radford University in Virginia, Bill went to work as a Project Manager for an insurance restoration company in that state, handling both interior and exterior claims. He moved to Colorado in 2018 and joined the AccuWin team.

Jake Finley, Director of Technology

Jake is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s Leeds Business School, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management. After several years in management and customer experience positions, he joined the AccuWin team at the beginning of 2019.

Jon Howard, National Project Manager

Jon has spent the last 25 years in the construction industry, with a focus on residential construction. He spent the last 10 years as owner/operator of a custom home building company specializing in high-end energy-efficient homes. Jon is a finish carpenter/cabinet maker by trade and joined the Accuwin team at the end of 2020.
